Dear Friends,

Welcome to the Methodist Church, Elland and Ryburn Circuit.

Located halfway between Leeds and Manchester, our five churches nestle in and around the Calder Valley with Halifax to the north and Huddersfield to the south. We have Southgate and Bethesda in Elland; St Paul's in Sowerby Bridge; Stones at Ripponden; uphill from Elland is Greetland and Lindwell Church. Each church, no matter what its size, extends a huge warm welcome.

Our prayer is that our lives speak of whom we belong to, who we follow, expressing our faith in prayer and praise, fulfilling our faith in care for others, commending our faith in obedience to God's mission, by telling the good news of Jesus and struggling for a just world. We pray that we can do all this in a meaningful and relevant way.
